Here is the final part to the Alice in Wonderland bridal shower. Part 3 is all about the decorations. Since the venue spoke for itself it really didn’t need a lot of decorations. We were aiming for a light-hearted tea party.
As guests approached the house, they were greeted with this wood carved sign hand-made by my very talented sister Eunice.
Truly a labor of love!
This one was inside the house.
The photo booth for the very important bride to be. The large photo booth in the back was made out of PVC pipes by my soon to be brother in law Scott. The one in the front was a tri-fold room divider. They were all draped with beautiful lace purchased at a fabric store.
The chair was painted pink and decorated with silk flowers and a Madhatter’s hat. To be honest, I don’t know where my sister purchased that hat. It was perfect for the occasion!
Close up of the Madhatter’s hat
There were three mantels that were decorated with various Alice in Wonderland paraphernalia, such as clocks, vintage keys, framed quotes, books, cards, teapots with flowers and rabbits.
Advice for the bride card.
Hope you enjoyed this post. Thank you for looking! Make something beautiful!
